LUSTRUM is a five-year programme of research funded by the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR). The project aims to improve the sexual health of heterosexual people and men who have sex with men (MSM) by preventing transmission of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and reducing undiagnosed HIV.

We were commissioned by the LUSTRUM project to create a promotional film, summarising the project and it's background. We were tasked with producing three final versions of the film, a short trailer, a version for the general public and a version for a professional and academic audience.

Due to the nature of the project, creating versions for different audiences was vital to ensure that an academic was given clear, concise, professional information without being talked down to, and a member of the public was given information they could understand, free of acronyms and technological language.

Shoots for the films took place in London and Glasgow, to ensure we could provide a range of accents and locations. This enabled the films to be relatable and accessible to a broad audience.
